The Eve apple is our version of another famous New Zealand apple - the Mariri Red, discovered on a Kiwi orchard in the mid-90’s.

Tasting notes
Eve is our 'Snow White apple' – beautiful deep red skin with clean white flesh, amazing crunch and a racy acidity. This apple would be stunning in a Waldorf salad. The phenolics of this apple are intriguing and result in a superior apple with flawlessly balanced flavour.
